Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes after an order has been placed

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at apresandaltitude@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to make it right.
