How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, with an additional 3–7 business days for standard U.S. shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How do your products fit?
Most products fit true to size. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.
Are your products made in the mountains?
Our designs are inspired by mountain living, family adventures, and life outdoors. Products are printed and fulfilled through trusted production partners and shipped directly to you.
Where do your design ideas come from?
Many of our designs are inspired by our own family and community. Girl Shred was created with our daughter in mind, while Too Close to the Fire came from the adventures (and occasional mishaps!) of our son. Every piece reflects the joy, humor, and traditions that come with raising kids in the mountains.
